1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Perishable items like fresh produce, dairy, and bakery goods cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at business address within the return period.

  • Provide your order number, details of the product(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for verification.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, baked items)

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Any product marked “Non-returnable” on the product page
